Myofascial Release is a whole-body, hands-on treatment that applies sustained pressure to help to restore the elasticity in the connective tissue web relieving pain and restoring motion. Because MFR addresses the connective tissue it is has the ability to affect the muscular and skeletal systems.
How can it help my horse?
MFR can help resolve lameness and enhance overall performance.
How often should my horse be treated?
Treatment depends on the severity of the fascial restrictions. Most will start with needing a one hour treatment each week. As the restrictions are released, treatments will spread out to every other week, once a month, etc.
